Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

At Sereen Kanna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at jason@sereen.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jason@sereen.co.za. Please include a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
