Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

 

At Sereen Kanna, all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States and shipped directly to customers across the US.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
